Alvina Černova studied in the United Kingdom; she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a specialization in advertising from Bournemouth University. Also in the UK, she started her career as Digital Marketing Manager at the ice cream manufacturing company Ben & Jerry’s. Later, after returning to Latvia, Alvina headed an advertising agency and various teams until in mid-2002 she joined the online gambling and betting company Entain, where within a few years she rose to become Marketing Director for the Baltics and Nordics.
