Today, on January 14, Arnis Priedītis has officially become the Chairman of the Management Board of Tele2. Until now, he held the position of the company’s Chief Financial Officer and served as Acting CEO. As previously reported, the former Head of “Tele2”, Valdis Vancovičs, decided last November to step down from his positions as Management Board member and CEO.
Arnis Priedītis has been working at Tele2 for more than 18 years, during which time he has significantly contributed to the company’s growth and financial stability.
“My goal as the head of Tele2 is to continue the company’s long-term growth, maintaining our leading position in the consumer segment and gaining a larger market share in the corporate segment. Under the current economic and market conditions, this is not an easy task, but we have proven that with a well-considered business development strategy we can achieve our set goals and ensure strong financial results,” says the new Chairman of the Management Board of Tele2, Arnis Priedītis.
