Latvian jewelry retailer Grenardi Group continues its expansion beyond the Baltics. By investing almost 3.5 million euros, the company is entering the Czech market, opening two jewelry boutiques on the main shopping street in Prague, the company reports.
On 14 November, a shop-in-shop format boutique will open, combining both the salon of the globally recognized Italian jewelry brand Damiani and the already familiar to Baltic customers Grenardi with its wide selection of multi-brand jewelry. At the end of the year, right next door, a mono-brand boutique of the exclusive and rapidly growing Italian luxury brand Pasquale Bruni will be opened, which is the first project of this concept in the Grenardi Group portfolio.
Both Grenardi Group boutiques will be located in a strategically important spot, on the central shopping street in Prague, right in the epicenter of luxury brands, alongside such global names as Dior, Hermès, Chanel, Rolex and others. The premises are set up in a historic building that is an architectural monument of national significance, where the newly opened five-star hotel Fairmont Golden Prague is currently located – one of the most prestigious and modern hotels in Prague.
“Choosing the Czech Republic as the next Grenardi Group market is a strategic and well-considered step. Firstly, Prague is an important tourist destination – in 2024 the city was visited by more than 8 million tourists, with indicators returning to pre-pandemic levels, and moreover, the share of travelers seeking top-quality experiences is also growing – in hotels and restaurants as well as in exclusive brands. Secondly, the city has a wide base of local customers who value quality and refined design, providing significant potential for expanding our customer base. We have been working purposefully on this project for more than two years and we are proud that a brand from Latvia can today stand alongside the world’s most prestigious names. Our experience and success in the Baltics give us confidence that we will be able to successfully consolidate our position in the Czech market as well,” says Ainārs Spriņģis, Chairman of the Board of Grenardi Group, who is also the company’s ultimate beneficial owner.
Grenardi Group is the parent company of Grenardi, Given and Goldlight in the Baltics. As of 31 October 2025, Grenardi Group had 87 stores.
